The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is comprised of 239 individual cities spanning across 12 counties and home to over 7 million individuals. Our weather, entertainment, and business climate are second to none. This symposium attracts attendees, presenters and sponsors from all over; the vast majority of whom come from the southwestern region of U.S.
The DFW Behavioral Health Symposium is designed to serve a variety of advocates and practitioners focusing on Mental Health and Substance use disorder treatment. This includes clinicians, case managers, administrators, judicial representatives, advocates, educators, researchers, students, families, planners, and others concerned with improving services, supports, and quality of life for our community.
Focusing on the latest practical strategies will help build upon the innovations and strengths of our communities while addressing behavioral health needs throughout the area. Creation and sustainability of services demand that we provide innovative strategies, proven methods, evidence based practices, and collaborative efforts to best meet the needs of our communities.
